EDU4GROW

EDU4GROW that took place in Nevşehir, Turkey from November 10 to November 18, 2024, was designed to develop European project management skills. It focused on strengthening participants’ competencies in international project management, promoting high standards of quality and efficiency, and fostering both personal and professional growth.


Located in the culturally rich and environmentally sustainable region of Cappadocia, the project provided participants with a unique opportunity to engage with local businesses, explore the region’s cultural heritage, and learn from successful models of sustainable development. This immersive experience fostered learning, collaboration, and innovation, preparing participants to lead impactful international projects while promoting a culture of inclusivity and sustainability.

Project Methodology

The learning methodology of the project included:
• Participating in team-building exercises and games that focused on communication and intercultural understanding
• Learning project cycle management, quality indicators, and fundraising techniques through practical exercises, including Erasmus+ strategic partnerships
• Exploring the Logical Framework Approach, problem and objectives tree simulations, and the ESEP platform
• Visiting a local institution implementing European projects and learning about its monitoring, evaluation, and audit processes
• Planning dissemination and valorization activities, using Europass Mobility, Europass Language Passport, and Europass Skills Passport

Who were the participants?

The program was aimed at NGO members and staff, project managers and administrative staff, and volunteers who are dedicated to becoming future community project managers, willing to take on greater responsibilities in organizing and leading initiatives.
